Claudia Medina is an awarded saxophone player, producer, composer and educator from Peru. She has two groups called Claudia Medina's Peruvian Project and her Latin Jazz Band. She has performed on stages in the United States, Peru and Colombia with both. In this concert Claudia will play with the musical friends he made in Minnesota during her time here. The band features Medina’s original music and arrangements of Peruvian songs, fused with jazz and Latin American rhythms in a small jazz band with very special guests singer Katia Cardenas and Vanessa Dembo (Venezuela). This will be a special night full of the best of Latin and Peruvian rhythmic flavor.
